Orders are generally processed
within 4 hours during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm EST).

All results are emailed back to you in PDF format. Originals are not posted.

If you haven't received your receipt and/or results within 4 business hours, please
check your spam/junk mail filter to make sure it's not in there! Add to your address book now to help ensure you get your results.

If you've received your confirmation of order, but not the results, don't panic - sometimes the databases are not available and results may not be available to us within the usual 4 hours. Rest assured, we'll complete your order as soon as they're available. If we are aware of any extended delays, we'll let you know by return email.

Allow 4 business hours for delivery via email - for example - an order placed at 4.00pm may not be available until the next working day.
